She is vary cute!!! We likes cuteness!^^ Ahem, ahem.. anyhooo.. It looks to me like you want the skirt blowing in the wind. On backside of the skirt, it would contour to her leg since the wind is going from right to left across the page. I would also recommend you "ripple" the skirt. And what I mean is, when wind takes clothing, it tends to want to rip it away from the body, so the bottom line of the skirt would not be a half smile shape. It would be more of a rippled line. Nice easy curves. For the legs I would maybe lengthen them out just a bit. Not to much otherwise you lose the chibi effect!!^^

I have to say, I love your line work and the style is absolutely adorable! I would love to see this when its finished! I have to say I agree with what cm said about rippling, but I feel the legs can stay the same length. The only other problem I see is her stance, actually. She looks like she's leaning back a little to me, so her stance can stand to be widened. I hope you don't mind, but I threw some red lines over it only because you asked for it in your description.

Putting more weight on the back leg gives her a little more stability as a standing character and her legs don't need to be lengthened. I apologize if my take on it just looks a little weird, but that's my two cents on this. X3

Once again, I would love to see this when its finished because she is absolutely adorable!
